View Range - Strange Behavior

Attached is typical section, Correct view of floor plan and Incorrect view of floor plan.
It is as if the View range for Level 2 is being set from Level 1.
If I delete the floor slab on level 3 it all displays correctly with the correct View range settings.....so I figure it is something to do with the Floor Slab.
Has any one had this problem.

Adjust the Top of the Primary Range to 1500 in the correct View Range Settings and tell me what happens.

Also, are there any plan regions set ?

I think I have found the problem. I deleted a Plan Region near the area I was viewing and every thing came right.
The Building is very large with lots of wings at different angle so I have had to rotate views all over the place to fit on sheets etc.
Has anyone else had problems with the new Plan Regions.

Yes, there is a known problem with the display of other elements when plan regions are set.
