Outlet Scale

I have 3 floor plans on one sheet set at 1/8 scale. But my outlet's are now "Gihugeous" I've tried to edit the outlet's and scale them down in the family editor but it won't let me. Is there a way to change the size of the outlets?

I believe the outlets you are trying to change are annotation symbols (nested inside an electrical family). When you edit the outlet family, and then select the outlet, note the prompt in Revit at the top of the screen to edit family comes up again. Select to edit and change the annotation symbol family as desired. (The outlet symbols come up "backwards" to my way of drawing electrical so I had to change them too)

That's my problem, or the Program's Problem. I'm not getting the "Edit Family" button once I open the outlet the first time. I have no options to edit the annotation symbol.

Open the annotation family directly, I think should be under annotation subdirectory of the library.
