how do I rotate my project

I nedd to rotate my project in order to face the thru north. I tried with thru north on revit but I export the model it returns to the original location. I need to do this in order to render in 3d viz.

I'm not sure if we can we set the 3-d view to true north or project north. If so, set it to true north and then export.

The other option may be to import your building into a new project and then rotate it. Then export it.

Don't ever rotate your project in Revit. Leave Project North alone, rotate True North. Or export and rotate in Viz.
