Can I execute a purge command while keeping dimstyles???
Is it possible to do so without having to take the extra time to
purge each item individually?
You can have purge each branch of the tree in the dialog box. This is one branch at a time, AFAIK, though.

One way I can think of would be to create a temporary dimension using the styles you want to keep, then purge. Or, if you only have one dimstyle to keep, make it current and then purge.

In the purge command, you can hold down CTRL and select the branches that you want to purge (blocks, layers, etc) skipping over dimstyles.
