Cataloguing rfa Content

Brand new Revit Structure user...is there any method to catalog all the content in the hundreds of rfa files that come with the product or can be found via Autodesk and other web sites? I'd rather not browse through each library one at a time to determine what's included. And I'd like avoid duplicating existing content when creating new families of my own. Is there a method / utility to print all this content, or at least extract a sortable list?

One method to list the content would be the tree command in dos. Path to the parent folder you want to list and type: tree /a /f > tree.txt This will produce a text file in the root of the folder called tree.txt. I've attached two sample output files for your reference.
