RGB Values using Screening

Does anyone know how to compute the RGB color that results from screening. For example, if I set a layer color to autocad color 38 (RGB = 76,38,0), then I use plot screening of 25%, what is the resulting RGB?

I would like to set layer colors to the screened rgb color and then when I plot I would use 100% screening.

I'm not really sure how to go about this. Have you tried to do a test plot to a raster output format? Then use that resulting image file and figure out what the proper values are?
