I don't know about you, but on a project with 500 or 600 cols, post, screen wall posts and such, It'd be nice to not have each individual Col Listed. I'm sure the request has been made, but I didn't see it in the wish list.

Uncheck itemize every instance in the schedule properties

Where do you find this option on the graphical column schedule? When I pick on the button, it just gets created. I don't get a dialog box of any sort. I found the check box on the basic schedule. Can you post an example of what you get for a column schedule?

I may be missing something but I don't believe the dialog box shown above is available for a graphical column schedule. See attached image.

In a way the graphical column schedule isn't a typical "schedule", it is really many views (of each column combined into a single report) which is why you can't collapse them into single instances of each type...yet.
