Project File Structure

Does anyone know where the project file structure is contained/set?

I can't find any way of modifying the default file structure.

I would like to change the default project file structure to match our company standard.

Does autodesk really expect companies who design multiphase projects to lump everything together?

Any ideas greatly appreciated!

It looks as if I'll have to answer my own question.

After talking with a rep from autodesk, it is not possible to modify the current structure.

They are currently working on enhancing the project structure, to possibly be included in the next release.
