.rvg file help

Someone has sent me a window group file ( .rvg ) to use in a project. I cannot figure out how to insert it in the drawing or work with it? Could some one help me with this? Thanks

From the FILE menu choose LOAD FROM LIBRARY/LOAD GROUP

Simplest way I have found is expand the project browser where groups are listed and drag it from the browser to the project after the group is loaded into the project.
