Does anyone know anything about CATS Menu. I am having problems with my CATS Menu and cannot seem to find any info on getting updates. Can anyone help?

Does anyone know anything about CATS Menu. I am having problems with my CATS Menu and cannot seem to find any info on getting updates. Can anyone help?I'm assuming this is some sort of add-on (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-45,GGLD:en&q=autocad+CATS)? Is there any 'help' or 'about' option in that menu that gives the name of a company or exe file or something.
Any additional information could prove helpful. :)

CATS is a structural standards menu. I need an update for my 2000 and 2006. CATS allows me to pull weights on Flat Bar, Angle Flanges, I Bars( as in I-------I ). Anyone have any ideas?
