Area Tags in a Floor Plan???

Is there any way to place an area tag into a floor plan? I do not want to have a specific plan just to tell my client the area and nothing else. (area plan) Any suggestions?

Place a room tag that includes the room area. If necessary edit the tag family to make a room tag with only the area showing.

Of course it will only work for enclosed (wall bounded) areas.
