What is the best way to deal with a tall wall that has a roof splitting it into exterior finish above and interior finishes below? Would you use 2 walls and edit the elevation profile of each? Thanks

There are several ways to deal with it...In many ways it'll depend on what you want your end results to show...
1. Draw a full height wall and split it.
2. Make another level and draw a wall for the top piece (call it a parapet?)
3. You might want to investigate making a sweep in the wall type
The one thing to remember is to draw it as it would be built. The closer you make it to that the better.
