Can others duplicate this?
Draw a rectangle in a drafting view 1'x1'.
Export this to AutoCAD 2000.
2 of the 4 lines are missing.

Confirmed. I get the same behavior with 2004 and 2000, looks like a bug :(

..this one should be on the bug list. It is a cause for concern.

(I'm not really sohocad - just borrowing his login).
Try switching to wireframe before exporting to ACAD - fixed!

I'm interested to know why you need wireframe when its a straightforward rectangle, drawn using 2D linework, being exported?

it is the same to say why you need hidden line when drawing in 2D

Hmmm, I'm thinking about that Omar.
Very philosophical

I'd buy this if there were 3D work present. However drafting views are all 2D. Still an issue in my bug book...

in 6.1 now that we have opaque or not for filled regions, drafting views shouldnt need this setting anymore. sure you all realised that anyway, thought I'd chip in with it anyway..
