Image visibility

I need to control visibility of JPG image on titleblock sheets. I've tried to set yes/no parameter in the title block but without luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure exactly what you want, but possibly create two different sheet families, one with the jpg and one without ... ? Swap them as needed.

On some of my architectural sheets I have also structural info that has to be stamped with structural steal. I was looking into possibility of having a single title block with switchable seal(s)
