Keystones

How is everyone modelling keystones?
I haven't found a ready-made one. I am guessing I must create one!?
What is the best way?

I just found "Note Blocks" in the help file. I haven't mastered the art seems pretty cumbersome.

In place wall family seems to work. I think you could createa family, but there are so many sizes/angles/archtop vs flat-top/etc. that its probably easier just to model them in place.
