Roof / Wall Connection?

I have been trying to extend the roof back to the face of this brick wall.
Can someone tell me how to accomplish this. I cannot figure it out. Thanks

Select the roof, enter sketch mode, align the roof edge with the wall, finish roof then join the two roofs using join geometry.

beegee, Would you mind stepping me thru this in more detail. I worked on it again today, but could not make any progress. Can I modify the roof as it is, or do I delete that section and start again. Do I do this in this work in the roof plan view? I cannot make the shift from "Select the roof" to "sketch mode". How do you align the roof edge with the wall?
I know this may seam basic to you, but I've spent another hour +, and have not made any progress. Thanks for your help.

Working within the 3D view you have published select Tools>Join/Unjoin Roof and then highlight the rearward edge of your roof (where the arrow touches it), once that is selected, select the plane of the wall behind, which ought to pre-highlight and then click to join.

It should be as simple as that.
