How to open an "ipj' file!

Hi again! I've just learned that there are files in Inventor called *.ipj files! Any idea how I can open these files! I am not able to open them in inventor 10! TIA!

Paul,

*.ipj files are Project files and are critical for setting up a project. You need to setup a project file before you start a new project to ensure that your model is looking for all the libraries where you have stored parts.

To setup a project click new\project setup the project the way you want it with the project name and file paths.

To open an existing project click open\project and double click the project name.

In the AUGI Training Program there is a good archived course on projects which explains how to work with projects in detail.
