How to realign the Level Head to the straight line.

I am trying to realign or reposition the level head to the straight level line. I know there are 3 blue grip handles to allow the positioning of the head. I have a very unstable mouse making it difficult for a perfect alignment to the line. I have tried using the the alignment tool, but it didn't work. Experts, please help.

Select the level line, right click and "rest to extents"... simple eh?
