Have you seen the online training available via Revit? Check out CLICK ME (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=2959029) Then click on the training link, there are two links there, course curriculum and schedule.

That's a great start and don't forget the tutorials.
