Where is Interior Elevations?

I have a project in which I just selected the 'elevation' tool, and the only option availiable is the 'building elevation'....I noticed this some time back, but have been ignoring the issue, and now it's time to create some interior elevations. Could someone please tell me if they have ran into this before and how to resolve it....? I'm stumped. My other projects have the 'interior' option availiable.

Start a new project and change any elevation tag to the "Interior Elevation" type in Type Selector of the Option Bar. Copy it to clipboard, switch to your project and paste the tag.
