Linked DWF Drawing Index from Revit

Is it possible to generate a 2D/multiple sheet DWF file from Revit and have the drawing index linked to all of the individual sheets. I saw this at AU and it doesn't seem to work. My details/sections/levels link, but my index does not. Is this functionality only available from the AutoCAD export for DWF?
