Error when splitting wall

Everytime I try to "split" this one wall I get the following error: "An unrecoverable error has occurred. The program will be terminated..." When the program shuts down I get: "An unsupported operation was attempted."

The split tool works on other walls in the same file. Any thoughts on what may be causing this wall to create a conflict?

Can you delete the wall and rebuild it. I;ve had this happen in the past and there was something "wrong" with the wall. Sometimes though I wasn't even allowd to delete the wall. Are there any groups involved?

I've also had trouble deleting a wall under these circumstances. I've been able to delete the offending wall by first dragging it out of the model.

Thanks, I deleted the wall and it seemed to fix the problem.
