I noticed that the link in the cartoon bubble that pops up when an x-ref has been changed has been 'improved' to automatically update the xrefs when you click it.
In 2005 it took you to the xref manager dialogue box. In 2006 it skips that step and immediately updates. I thought that was a nice improvement until a key plan xref was moved. Then it drew all my walls as a single line (and NO the walls were not in the key plan, they were in another x-ref that was FINE), without giving me an error message, or indicating that it could not find an xref. Regenall and AECOBJRELUPDATE did not help. Undo worked. It took me a while to discover the problem..
So if bad stuff happens when clicking the cartoon bubble link, immediately undo and check x-ref manager, the old 2005 way.
Thanks, Dan
