2D Revit DWF

At AU I saw a demonstration where you could select a Revit element in a 2D dwf view and in the Viewer Navigator see the object properties as you can in 3D dwf files. I have created 2D dwf files every way I can think of and have had no luck in accessing the object properties in a 2D view. Am I missing something or did I wittness possible future functionality?

This is future functionality, I believe. If you export a 3D DWF, you will experience this functionality. I can't imagine the 2D version is that far behind.
