attaching column to a slope roof

I create a roof with a slope and I wanna attach the column to it. How to make it? Is it possible? Like attaching wall to the roof. Thanks.

No, column won't attach to roof but you can set a ref plane and attach to it. Then you might need a void in the family to cut the column at particular angle.
