View Full Version : Placing Ordinate dimensions in paperspace

Hi

we have to put ordinate dimension on building section
the first floor is set to have level 100 feets and we have
10 feet between each floor.

*** all dimension are done on paper space****

when i put ordinate dimension the 0,0 is outside my paper space
and when i zoom extend my drawing are ery small. and i got
problem to print with Sheet set Manager.

can i do something to remove dimension extension attached on
o,o?

Ordinate dimensions start at the origin of the current co-ordinate system so, to have meaningfull values, you must first create a UCS based on the object(s) that you need to dimension.

thank for your fast response.

my ucs 0,0 is outside my title block . and the dimension is starting
from this origin.
