Stacked walls: wrapping?

I have a stacked wall comprised of 2 walls that both have BOTH set for wrapping at inserts. Wraps work fine for something inserted into either of the walls individually, but don't seem to work when I insert something into the stacked wall. Can I not get finish layers to wrap on stacked walls?
