Arrowhead definitions

In the Arrowhead settings there is a non-editable field called "Heavy End pen weight"
is it possible to change this, I cant seem to find it.

I tried changing the annotation lineweight indicated but this did not affect the arrowhead thickness

I'm not sure about this, but there must be an arrowhead type that turns this setting on. See if there is an arrowhead style called heavy end.

Heavy End Pen Weight is only available when the Heavy End Tick Mark arrow style is selected and the arrow type is set to Heavy End.

In that case it appears that arrow heads cannot be made thicker than the arrow line

Thats my understanding - frustrating as it is - maybe next version?
