Data cleaning error(Break crossing)

Dear All,
I am using map to break at intersections with "adedwgclean, intersection”. After the cleaning I found new lines like duplicates and extending lines in data. Drawing in decimal degrees. As my knowledge,“break crossing” not having any tolerance. But when I scale up the dwg 50,000 times the command is working fast and accurately. Would you pls help me to get the solution without scaling dwg.

If you are selecting "Apparent Intersection" for the dwg clean up at the same time as "Break Crossing Objects" then that may be causing it. Using Dwg cleanup it is advised to use just one option at a time. Also from the help: Note Apparent Intersection is based on the AutoCAD EXTEND command and uses its Edge and Extend options.

This may be causing the duplicates and extensions.
