I am trying to create and index list of drawings for my cover sheet. I have tried to create a schedule for this but have not found sheet names and number in the list. How would I go about creating this schedule?

There is a specific view created for a drawing list. Look under the View > New menu. It should say "Drawing List"

Here is a twist...
How do I get my civil and demo drawings listed before my architectural? It only sorts them alphabetically. How do I set up the filters/sorting? I like the sheet schedule, but I am stuck with the order that Revit wants me to have.

So what would be the best way to go about getting the consultants' (MPE and Structural) sheets onto our title sheet? Just do a text box for theirs and the Schedule for our Architectural sheets?

I think most (including me) just add in a dumy sheet.

What I've usually done is to make up a bunch of "dummy" sheets that don't get plotted. That way I can also place "dummy" details on them (empty drafting views with detail numbers assigned to match theirs) that I can reference with the proper callouts on my architectural drawings. Until I can get my consultants to start using Revit (which right now is tough for the MEP folks to do) this is the easiest way I've found to include their sheets in the index.

now if they can get the sheets to show which one has revisions on them on the title sheet. right now we are just adding in a column and placing dumb text. But when a new revision is added to the sheet it does not register the change on the title. anyone have any help on this issue
