Linked DWF Markup problems

I have a drawing that I brought in (linked) DWF Mark-ups on. I saved and closed the project with the mark-ups still in the project, and now I cannot open the project. I get a warning and can only shut down Revit. Is anyone else using DWF linked mark-ups and having these issues?
