I was trying to place footings under walls and no matter what view or view parameters I had, the message kept coming up that the elements were not visible in view, check view settings.
I had a fiddle and eventually realized, by selecting all footings in the family tree, that they somehow had been set to "retaining" in the properties dialogue box. When I set them to "bearing" they all showed up.
I don't know how they all got to be retaining.
Are there a couple of bugs here?
All I know is there are a couple of weird drawings floating around with text pointing to footings that are not there.
