Multiple color fills?

How can you make multiple views, each with a different color fill setup.

Ex.
View 1 - Color fill based on Dept.
View 2 - Color fill based on Occupancy

When I change one view it automatically changes my other view.

you have to duplicate the color scheme. eg sgceme 1, scheme 2
