Mullions

I am have a mullion problem today! I have seemed to have miss placed any collection of mullions I might have had.
Typically I would go to Mullion and Revit asks me if I'd like to load a mullion family. So I do that and I can only find 3 types and there under Profile. So I load those nothing happens until I go to place them. Then nothing really happens, I am back to square 1.

I read a thread about this problem. The suggestion was to open up a file that has them.

So I opened the curtian wall training file and tried a file transfer. None of the mullions that I found in the training files family browser were there after the transfer.

What do I do?

I have even looked for them at Revit City to download and I cannot find them.

I assume your template file has them loaded? If so, open a new file, draw a curtain wall, put in the various mullions you need, and then copy and paste the wall into the other project.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, if you do a purge unused on the mullions and then need them later, this is the only way to get them back.
