modifying viewport tag

does anybody know how to modify the viewport tag, it is the label that contains the viewport name, number and scale.

i have been playing around with it but i still cant change the font or the justification.

It's a standard family type. You ought to be able to open it for editing from the project or identify a similar one in the annotations folder of the library to open and mess around with.
