View Full Version : can't find 'wizard' type SOLVIEW for generating 3D vports
I'm new to ACAD2006. A couple weeks ago I was trying out a command that automatically generates 3D Vports: ortho, iso, and section views, complete with hatching, etc.
Now I can't for the life of me figure out what the command was that does this!
SOLVIEW VPORTS and SOLDRAW don't seem to show this special feature.
Please help jog my memory...

Hi
First guess...
_.MVSetUp
Have a good one, Mike
I overcame my difficulty.
I had to study and practice a lot to get it down. (Don't you love how the brief textbook examples still don't get the method across?)
Solview creates new viewports and layers. Soldraw then draw the lines and hatched, etc.
Solprof draws profiles based on temporary model space.
