Differences between C3D 2005 and 2006

We have C3D 2005. What does C3D 2006 do that 2005 doesn't, and is it worth the upgrade? Our supplier is only offering training in 2006 - is there a massive difference and will pursuing the 2006 training open us up to problems once we start trying to use 2005?
