I am considering switching my Revit templates from Arial to Architxt. Before I begin I am wondering how much work is involved? I don’t suppose there is a simple global setting to make the switch? Do you have to update every annotation family individually? Are there any pitfalls in switching fonts that one should look out for?

Thanks

Two ideas...first, change the font, but do not rename, the text in one annotation. leave it open. Open each subsequent annotation and ust transfer project standards for text/labels. the text style will update with the new font. or, second, just email me and I'll send you all of my annotations. I long ago changed them all to Architxt. ;)

It will only take about 1/2 hour to switch everything, the only pitfalls are if you get new machines or have other users and forget to install the new font on all the machines. When you print to pdf or dwf(not positive) you may loose the font if you aren't careful checking the embed font option in the pdf writer.
