Creating new line weights on Title Block Template

I'm having trouble adding new Lineweight styles to my Title Block Template. I added 3 addition Lineweight styles but they dont appear in my pull down menu when I'm in my line command. The funny thing is that when I'm within a project file I can add line weight with no problem at all.

Can someone provide some light on the issue.

Instead of choosing "Line Styles", choose object styles. This should solve your problem. If it dosn't, please let me know.
