We're a small company looking into a document submit type program. So far eQuorum is the only one that may fill all our needs, but they don't have a demo version so I can't try it before we pay out the behind for it. My question is.... Has anyone used it, know of someone who has, and if so, how well does it work, how often does it need maintenance...etc?
Any other programs you may suggest would also be helpful?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.what exactly are you looking for this to do? are you tracking plots? or tracking project changes? I've not heard of this program, but, am always looking for new things.

We're looking for document submit for both CAD & Non-CAD users, plot tracking, collation, auto-plots (so we can run it overnight if needed), and PDF creation would be a bonus. Basically, we're a small company that has recently exploded and looking at further growth (almost double the staff & workload) over the next year. Any help with a product list or program recommendations would be great.

We use eQuorum Plot station for our Microstation V7. If you call and talk to them they should give you a demo of the product. They gave me a demo to try and get us to use it for Acad. I set it up and tried it once. We did not use it because it was pricey for what we would use it for in acad. We wouldn't use it for any thing but batch plotting. We checked it out when using acad 2000i before the sheet set manager.

Hope this helps.
