Display problems-scattered text

I just added a second monitor to my system. I requested it due to my use of dual monitors with Revit at my home office.
After setup, I opened Revit and a project and I get the noise shown in the attached image. Why would this happen? Is this a graphics card issue? I have the Nvidia Quad4 700XGL. At home I have a 3DLabs.

Any ideas.

This may have changed since the 08 line came out, but I seem to remember the instructor from the ATC course we took for RS4 say Revit does not support dual monitors.
