I'm placing some scanned images of drawings into some of my drafting views, and then drawing lines and filled regions over the top of them, and it works fine. However, on our title sheet we have an image of our company logo in the middle of the sheet, and that image seems to cover any lines drawn on the sheet. I don't understand why an image in a title block family would act as foreground and cover up anything drawn on the sheet. Is there any way to change this?

That didn't really help with my issue.
My issue has to do with images imported, and images in families. The logo image on our title sheet, which is in the family for the title sheet, seems to cover up any linework drawn on the sheet (not in the family, but in the project itself). However images that I import into a project and place on a sheet, I CAN draw over those with line work. It doesn't make sense to me.
