OK don't know if this is the correct place for this but I know Mike, Mel etc etc will move it to the correct forum and let me know :)

I've been asked if it's possible to amend some PDF files to add a block that will contain the drawing number and revision. One suggestion was to get a draffy to hand write the info on the paper copies we have and scan them in :o. Now the biggy. There are about 500 drawings stored in three PDF files.

So great gurus can I add a block to the PDF files.

Now should I post this in other forums or leave it here .

RobertI suppose this is fine, if you can tell us what software you're working with? acrobat? reader or pro? 6 or 7?
This wouldn't be a block per se as an autocad block... more likely text notes or properties of the pdf? I'm sure there are a few ways to include the info...

Don't have Acrobat but need something very quickly.

The block will be mainly text with a border round it.
