Wall Pattern Problem

I used a Corner Quoin I found at rugi or revit city was (metric and I converted it to feet and fractional)... not sure which, and I was having trouble aligning the brick pattern to the model () on the project so I made this corner brick Quoin.

This is the same model different views.
Why does Wall Pattern Scale change from Elevation View to 3d View?

What am I doing wrong?

In the family, try aligning and locking the coursing of the model pattern to a level in elevation view.
