I am trying to create a new window family using the Fixed with Trim as a starting point. I got the separator between the fixed and awning to work and it flexes fine. the symbolic lines I cannot get to flex when I change width values. I am not sure what the issue is, or o what and how to lock those two points in the center. right now I can dset it right for one width, then I switch to another width and the points move in the center
I looked at the awning window, but could not figure out how they are doing it
thanks

I just added a dimension to the outer reference lines and the intersection of the two symbolic lines - made the dimension equal...and it works...check it out.

i am not sure how to get the dimension to snap to the intersection. When I try it I can only go to the reference plan in the middle and not to the intersection of the two line. and if I pick the reference it say overconstrained.

try to cycle through using tab to select the endpoint of those lines.
