Another Scheduling question

If I have a schedule with wall type, their length, and unit cost how do I get a calculated value that is a length x cost total. I must be missing something when I try and do what seems logical I get and Inconsistent Unit error. Any insight or tutorials you could reference me to on scheduling?

Try: Total Cost = Cost * (Length/1LF)

The secret is to eliminate the units of length so that your result is a number.

Thanks for the tip, that's perfect. Now I can apply that idea to some of the other calculations I will need to do. Makes perfect sense once somebody tells you about. Thanks Tom
