We are always wondering how big Revit is getting. Well, lets get a sampling: Post how many licensed copies or seats of Revit you or your firm is running:

I'll start:

10 Currently, 75 seats of Revit Series by the end of April!

1 seat ---sole operator but if I ever have any staff, they will be sitting on a revit seat

Revit makes you realise how dumb other programmes are

Revit makes you reliase that it doesnt have to be difficult and revit makes designing, drawing and modelling ENJOYABLE

long live Revit

Both Cal Poly Pomona and SLO have 'unlimited' educational licenses to use in their Architecture programs, but don't have it loaded on a single machine yet. (from what I was told). Any Cal Poly people out there?

Our CM instructors called me a year ago asking for a demo on ADT 2004 as they were having some problems getting it to work the way they wanted. We fixed their problem...as I recall it had something to do with a fairly complex roof. I then showed them how to create the same roof in Revit 5.1 and their jaws dropped on the floor! Absolutely no comparison! They have never looked back...snif...ahem...sorry, this is the part where I always get choked up... :D :D

This is the part where one arm of Autodesk writes you a cheque while the other arm lifts the hand that covers their eyes pretending not to notice

Used to be. Ajay Holland! you have anything to do with this? They need to get on the ball so I can hire someone who knows Revit. 3 out of 4 people here are from SLO.

And I went to the 'other' Cal Poly! 3 out of 4 of our employees come out of Pomona. I've heard that Pomona has a "CAD" department that is pro-Mac, so they are pushing ArchiCAD! (and FormZ)

We gotta get that changed!

Cal Poly was that way until about '96 or '97 when they upgraded to Dells. Problem with Macs is that upgrading them for a lab environment is a pain. And the costs to swap out for new 'puters is higher. Don't let them get away from Revit!

One Revit and one Acad. Doing almost 100% on Revit. One man firm. Too old to put up w/ employees. I am more productive w/ Revit and I don't spend my time correcting or reviewing others work.
