linear dimension style: no leader + position dimension

Hello
Is it possible to change the Linear Dim. Style so I have by default:
- no leader
- dimension text positioned right or left of wall

[eddy.lermytte]

Consider I have to place 100 dimension strings each having for example 3 walls to dimension.
equals:
- 300 x move dim. text outside the walls
- 100 x uncheck leader

I am just looking for a way to reduce these numbers.

Sorry, not possible I think.
We also looked for this function
I have set the text background to opaque and leave the dimension as is

Bedankt, nu weet ik ten minste dat ik niets over het hoofd gezien heb in de dim. settings. Toch wel jammer.

at least I know now I didn't overlooked something in the dim. settings. What a pity !

I need to improve my working methods once documenting a project. I spend / loose to much time.
