Why is Room Workset Uneditable?

The color fills of several rooms do not appear because the room workset is incorrect. I can change some of them, but not others. Why?

I have made the room tag editable in all views, but the room workset is still grayed out under its properties.

I got it. I had to wait for everyone to leave work, and make all worksets editable.

The workset of a room is the active model workset when a room is tagged. So it might be in a workset that you don't want to sign out during the day... I do have to check to see if you can indeed change the workset that the room def is on...

You can. You just have to first check it out.
