Cutaway perspective

I want to do a perspective that shows a cutaway of the project. Seems like
some combo of scope boxes or section boxes, but I haven't been able to
figure it out yet.

Suggestions?

Fron what I know use a section box with the edit handles and you can cut through you 3D view horizontally and vertically. I would think you can also align the 3D view to an elevation or plan using Orient
